Just as important, you connected me to Lori at La Promenade and she graciously accommodated my date and provided incredibly delicious food from the hors d'oeuvres to the luncheon to the gorgeous mini-pastries and desserts. And her chef and servers could not have been better!

I want to thank you for the exceptional service and kindness you showed me and my family.
We had booked you for a large party at our home with a delivery of several tables, chairs, and glassware. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family and had to quickly cancel the party and make funeral arrangements abroad. In our haste, we forgot to cancel the delivery. AllState Party & Tent Rentals tried several times to contact us but as we were not available; they delivered the items anyway, assuming the best and not wanting to disappoint us in case the party was still on. When I found out and called AllState, not only did they graciously pick up the items immediately, but they offered their condolences and did not charge me for the delivery. This service showed me that AllState Party & Tent Rentals was professional in that they fulfilled my order, tried repeatedly to contact me, and understood my extreme situation and didn’t charge me despite the fact that they obviously spent time and effort on my order.
Needless to say when we rescheduled the party several months later, AllState Party & Tent Rentals was the only company I considered. They delivered the items on time and picked them up the day after my party. I found the glassware to be of particularly good quality.
Again, thank you so much for such a pleasant experience and for a human touch to your business. I will be using for all of my party needs.

I found AllState Party & Tent Rentals in 2006. The AllState staff makes this aspect of my business so much easier. They always deliver on time, the equipment is always in excellent condition and if they don’t have a specialty item I need, they go out of their way to source it for me.
